Montgomery, Texas, August 25, 2014. Tactical Sealing Technologies (TST), a leading manufacturer of custom molded rubber seals, high performance thermoplastic parts, and machined metal components, has been acquired by Parco, Inc.

The combination of Parco and TST creates one of North America’s largest companies supplying seals and components to the Oil & Gas industry. The acquisition brings together one of the largest manufacturers of rubber seals with one of the leading manufacturers of machined high performance thermoplastic parts, machined metal components, and molded rubber parts.

TST will continue to operate from its current facility in Montgomery, Texas.
